The idea is simple: get a bunch of independent workers together to share resources and work side-by-side.  The idea has caught on quickly.  Over the past few years, co-working facilities—both grassroots, co-op-like versions and for-profit models—have started popping up across the country and the world, from San Francisco to Copenhagen.

OURSpace is a blend of coworking, private offices, film studios, a theater, event space, an educational facility, children’s center, an incubator for sustainable technology, green business and building innovation.

Currently, over half US workers are conducting business digitally, within the comfort of their homes, cafes or other public places.  

OURSpace is part of the next generation in ‘how’ we do business, an active work place, share exchange of small businesses, independent workers and innovators’ showplace. This will be a modern facility with a public café, (competitively priced) private offices of various sizes, an open desk work/lounge area, meeting rooms, and event space. The renovation will be a modern dynamic design which, will exceed green building standards, be wired with the latest in communications and be filled with art and innovation prototypes, creating a welcoming, energized and professional space.
