OUR *Charter* Membership

If you have decided that OURSpace is right for you and your business, we would like to welcome your support.

 

This is a special, one-time *Introductory* membership (15% discount) for those with the vision and patience to help open OURspace in San Francisco that much sooner also, to secure a space as we quickly fill up. This is a non binding agreement; if OUR doors are not open within the date noted, you have the option to request a full refund. Your charter membership includes your 1st month, according to the package you select. And because you are jumping in on the ground floor, if after your 1st month, if all parties agree to extend your membership, you will receive 10% off the regular membership on a 1-year full-time coworking or private office lease membership or 2 free hours towards conference room reservations for part-timers.

 

Coworking

  • Part-timer = $150/month or $425/3 months + deposit
    • 3 days/week. Work at an open desk, the couch, a conference table or where ever you can. Requires 1-month deposit.
  • Full-timer = $380/month or $1060/3 months + deposit
    • 24×7 access to the space. Dedicated desk (leave your mug!) Ability to reserve space for evening/weekend events. Requires 1-month deposit.

 

Private Secure Office Suite

  • Range from 1 person/ 70 sf, $510
  • up to 425 sf which, would comfortably accommodate 6 desks/people work space for $1530/month

Once OUR doors are officially open, further services and membership opportunities will be available like; web site business listing, sponsorship, conference rooms, tech support, business address/ mail box, bike storage, gallery, theater, event and equipment rental, on-site child care services, gym/wellness center, showers and more.
